Marion B. Bloom, 90, of Clearfield died on Thursday, October 13, 2005 at Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on November 27, 1914 in Glen Richey, a daughter of the late James and Hannah (Sneddon) Dixon.
Mrs. Bloom was employed as the head cashier at the former Herb and Tom's Market in Clearfield.
She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Clearfield, the Clearfield Chapter #379 Order of Eastern Star and the American Association of Retired Persons.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Daryl Davis on May 6, 1969 and whom she wed September 4, 1943 and her second husband, Eldon L. Bloom on February 9, 1983 and whom she married April 5, 1975 in Trinity United Methodist Church, Clearfield.
The last of her generation, she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Velma Castle and Hazel Harper and a brother Lyle Dixon.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Kevin Locker officiating. Interment will follow in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 2- 4 and 6 - 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10 -11:00 AM.
