Marvin T. Wallace, 87, of Clearfield died on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
He was born on November 4, 1930 in Bradford Township, a son of the late Jesse and Minnie (Woodling) Wallace.
Mr. Wallace retired in 1996 from being employed as an Iron Worker.
He was a member of Centre Grove United Methodist Church, Clearfield. He was also a member of the Clearfield VFW, the DuBois American Legion, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 812, Clearfield and the former Clearfield Moose Lodge. Mr. Wallace served with the U. S. Army during Korean War.
He is survived by his two children, Douglas M. Wallace and wife Teri of Curwensville and Tracy G. Armagost and husband Richard of Curwensville; two grandchildren, Aaron Douglas Wallace and Tanya Lyn Kula.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra S. (Ogden) Wallace on June 24, 1999 and whom he wed April 16, 1955 in Clearfield. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Franklin D. Wallace, Richard D. Wallace, Norman L. Wallace, and Jesse R. Wallace; and a grandson-in-law, Ken Kula.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Thursday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM.
