of Olanta RD died on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Clearfield Colonial Courtyard.
She was born on January 11, 1921 in Boardman, a daughter of the late Walter and Carrie (Lindsay) Lockett.
Mrs. Bauman was a homemaker.
She was a 1939 graduate of Clearfield High School.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Polkinghorn and husband C. William of Clearfield,
a grandson, Christopher Polkinghorn of Harrisburg,
2 great grandsons,
and a sister, Erma Spittler of Philipsburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Dick Bauman on February 13, 2003 and whom she married November 17, 1939 in Brookville and two brothers, Howard and Walter Lockett.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Richard B. Barkley officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomington Cemetery, Curwensville, RD.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 9-11:00 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Bloomington Cemetery, 262 Carbide Road, Curwensville or to the Clearfield Foundation for Health - Hospice, PO Box 992, Clearfield.
