Pamela C. Southard, 60 of Clearfield died on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at DuBois Regional Medical Center - West.

She was born on August 6, 1946 in Allegheny County, a daughter of Virginia H. (Melton) Dick of St. Petersburg, FL and the late Edward G. Bash.

Mrs. Southard was a homemaker and was previously employed at CVS Pharmacy, Helig-Myers, The Progress and Charles Heating Center.
She was a member of the West Side United Methodist Church, Clearfield and a member of the Red Hat Society. In addition she was a member of NON, where she served as a past officer.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James S. Southard, whom she wed April 28, 1984 in Clearfield; two children, Edward Kumm and wife Carla of Clearfield and Michelle Trust and husband Neil of Ballston Spa, NY; three step children; Cindy Rumery and husband Brian of Woodland, Sandy Southard and Mark Southard, both of Clearfield; eight grandchildren, Steven and Meghan Kumm, Tristan and Kayla Trust, Shannon and Shae Shaw, and Christian and Isaac Rumery; a sister and a brother, Linda Darlene Simcox and husband Clifford of Clearfield and Timothy Douglas Bash of St. Petersburg, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother Edward Dennis Bash in October 2005.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, PO Box 92, Clearfield PA 16830 or American Lung Association of Northwest PA, 352 West 8th Street, Erie PA 16502.
