Paul C. Aronhalt, 80
of 3780 Orchard St., Mogadore, OH died on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at his residence.
He was born on September 14, 1923 in Elk Garden, VA a son of the late Earl and Eva (Clark) Aronhalt.
Paul served in the Army during World War II, resided most of his life in Cleveland and retired to Mogadore in 1988. Paul was employed as a tire builder at Mohawk Rubber Co. He was then employed with Tasty Burger Systems and in 1970 he and his wife purchased a family restaurant in Cleveland which they named Clifton Lunch. Paul was a member of Mogadore United Methodist Church and an avid hunter and fisherman. The family would like to thank the Akron General Cancer Center for their exceptional care.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Betty Fox; sister, Betty Zebedis; and brother, James Aronhalt. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Dorothy, whom he married on January 27, 1962 in Euclid, OH; son Paul (Linda) Aronhalt; daughters Barbara (Woody) Harmon, Paula (Gary) Darling, Letha Aronhalt, and Teri Gray; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister Millie Blount; nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville on Wednesday at 1:00 PM with Dr. Douglas S. Pride officiating. Interment will follow in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:30 AM -1:00 PM
