Pauline Rabik, 87 of San Diego, CA, formerly of Clearfield, died on Tuesday, September 22, 2009.
She was born on July 30, 1922 in New York, NY, a daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (Turnovich) Rabik.
Miss Rabik had lived in San Diego County, California for the past 38 years.
She was a member of The Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church, Osceola Mills.
She is survived by a sister and brother,
Mary Williams of Clearfield
John Rabik of Miami, FL
and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters Alice Jancus, Ethel Gill, Annie Parks, Catherine Sawchalk and Jane Kessler, and four brothers Paul, Peter, Willis and Edward Rabik.
Funeral services will be held at The Nativity of the Virgin Mary Orthodox Church, Osceola Mills on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. with Archimandrite Jacob Piruta officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Monday from 7-8 PM
