Peg Bailey

Peg M. Bailey, 95, of Clearfield died on Monday, March 25, 2024 at her daughter's home in Clearfield, surrounded by her family.

She was born on June 30, 1928 in Folkestone Kent, England, a daughter of the late George and Sara May Norman.

Peg was a homemaker and loved to read. She was a member of West Side Church of Christ, Clearfield.

She is survived by four children, Rev. Gary Alvin Bailey and wife Marcia of OH, Donna Kyler and husband Jim of Clearfield, Allan Bailey of Clearfield, and Gary Allan Bailey and wife Trisha of FL; a brother, George Norman; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Bailey on February 5, 2006. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Frank Norman.

Funeral services will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Friday at 11 AM with Chaplain Tavis Stauffer officiating. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and on Friday from 10-11 AM.
