Peter G. Blake Jr., 60
of Woodland died on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at his residence.
He was born on August 1, 1955 in Clearfield, a son of the late Peter G. Blake, Sr and Betty (Bell) Blake.
Pete was employed as a government contractor, most recently with L3 Communications based in Savannah, GA. In his leisure time, he enjoyed dirt track racing.
He was associated with the Lake Street United Methodist Church, Woodland.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Irwin) Blake of Woodland; two step sons, Joseph Irwin and wife Deborah of Old Saybrook, CT and Jeffrey Irwin and wife Jen of Chester, CT; and a sister, Mona Plubell of Manheim.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kent Blake.
There will be no public visitation or funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, 113 N. Third Street, Clearfield.
