Philip Natoli, 97
of 906 Daisy Street, Clearfield died on Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at his residence.
He was born on June 18, 1905 in Sicily, a son of the late Francesco and Sarah Natoli.
For 47 years, he and his wife owned and operated Natolis Restaurant in Clearfield.
He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield, the Knights of Columbus Clearfield Council #409, the Sons of Italy Lodge, Clearfield, the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks #540 and the United Commercial Travelers Philipsburg Council #621.
He is survived by three daughters,

2 grandchildren,
Camille Hazelton and David Valenza
four great grandchildren,
three sisters,
Carmela, Santa and Nina all of Sicily
and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lena (Butto) Natoli on December 6, 1999 and whom he married November 10, 1928 in Clearfield and two sisters and five brothers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Saturday at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Dennis C. Hadberg as celebrant. Entombment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday from
2-4 & 7-9 PM and on Saturday from 11:30 AM -1:30 PM
A Christian Vigil Service will be held at funeral home on Friday at 3:45 PM.
