She was born on January 15, 1965 in Silver Creek, NY, a daughter of Barbara (Meier) Mumford of Clearfield.
Mrs. Smeltzer was employed as a bartender and waitress at several bars throughout the area.
She had attended Goshen United Methodist Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Samuel W. Smeltzer, whom she married January 18, 1986 in Goshen,

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Thursday at
11:00 A.M. with Rev. Dale W. Dobbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm.
