Robert Roessner

Robert 'Bob' W. Roessner, 88, of Clearfield died on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Penn Highlands Clearfield.
He was born on January 29, 1935 in Clearfield, a son of the late Joseph and Mabel (Kilcoyne) Roessner.
Mr. Roessner retired as an accountant from the Glen-Gery Corporation. He was previously employed at Scott and Rabe CPA, Clearfield.
He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield and a life member of the Third Ward Volunteer Fire Company, Clearfield. Mr. Roessner enjoyed spending time hiking the Quehanna Trail in and around the Clearfield area. It was this joy of hiking that took Bob to different parts of the United States to hike many different areas with numerous friends.
Mr. Roessner served with the U. S. Army during Korea.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Josephine Blot of Boca Raton, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
A service will be private at the chapel of Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to charity of one's choice.
