Robert A. Schultz,
of Clearfield died on Wednesday, January 21, 2004 at Clearfield Hospital.
He was born in Buffalo, NY, a son of the late Stephen J. and Katherine (Uhle) Schultz.
Mr. Schultz retired from the State of New York after 20 years of service. He served in the US Air Force during WWII with the 42nd Division and received an American Theater Ribbon, a Good Conduct Medal and a Victory Medal.
He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield, the Clearfield American Legion John Lewis Shade Post #6, AFC-CIO Chapter 1000 in New York and American Association of Retired Persons.
He is survived by a step-son,

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth (Casher) Schultz in 1989, a brother Francis V. Schultz and a nephew Lance Corporal Alan Schultz killed in Vietnam.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Military honors will be accorded at the cemetery by the members of the Clearfield American Legion and VFW Posts.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday from 6-8:00 PM.
A Christian Vigil Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 6:00 PM.
