Robin Lynn Peters, 63, of Woodland passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at her home.
She was born on February 29, 1960 in Clearfield, a daughter of the Arnold Lewis Timblin Sr. and Barbra (Milligan) Timblin Wills.
Robin was a Clearfield High School graduate and a Clearfield County Career and Technology Center graduate in the Cosmetology Program. She worked various jobs throughout her life starting as a candy striper in high school, then working at the Holiday Inn, Clearfield; Murphy's Mart, Clearfield; Bears and Hugh's Dental Lab, Clearfield; and most recently as a food preparer at Penn State University in the Hetzel Union Building for 23 years.
Robin was a Girl Scout Leader in Bigler, and also helped out with the Special Olympics and various children's ministries. She was a housewife, mother, and devoted grandmother. She was a seamstress, enjoyed baking, and she especially loved caring for and playing with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed swimming, watching movies, and watching her favorite show, NCIS, that she was an enthusiast of.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Lee Peters whom she wed March 20, 1982; her mother, Barbra Timblin Wills of Philipsburg; four daughters, Jacqueline Bodle and husband Jonathan, Savanna Hammon, Heidi Ridgway and husband Miles, and Alison Parks and husband Ryan; grandchildren, Grace, Ryker, Nyssa, Makenna, Rylan, and Killian, and future blessings; a brother, Arnold Lewis Timblin, Jr. of Clearfield; and a sister, Teresa Maines of Woodland.
In addition to her father, Arnold Lewis Timblin Sr., she was preceded in death by her miscarried grandbabies that are now cuddling Grammy in Heaven.
Funeral services will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 11 AM with Pastor Julia Piper officiating. Interment will follow in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 4-7 PM and Tuesday from 10-11 AM.
