Ronald F. Wood, 61
of 118 W. Pauline Drive, Clearfield died on Friday, June 13, 2003 at Ridgeview Elder Care Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on September 19, 1941 in Elmira, NY, a son of the late Francis Wood and Clara (Brookman) Wood of Horsehead, NY.
Mr. Wood retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a civil engineer after 15 years of service. He had attended Bucknell University and was a graduate of both Delhi Tech. and North Eastern University. Mr. Wood served in the United States Marine Corps having attained the rank of Lance Corporal.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a sister,
Debbie Draper Clearfield
and two nephews,
David Draper and Marc Draper
At Mr. Woods request services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, is in charge of the arrangements.
