Ryan S. Mathews, 29, of Grampian died on Saturday, April 1, 2006 at his residence.
He was born on June 26, 1976 in DuBois, a son of Ronald Mathews of Grampian and Jill (Richards) Mathews of Olanta.
Mr. Mathews was catholic by faith and a stay at home father.
He was a member of the Grampian Sportsmans Club and the Mosquito Creek Sportsmans Club.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his companion, Paully Kavelak; a daughter, Elizabeth R. Mathews; a stepson, Jacob Kavelak; maternal grandparents, Connie and Ginger Kovall; sister, Janessa Passmore and husband Shawn, all of Grampian; his mothers companion, Ken Freeman of Olanta; and his fathers companion, Lorrie S. Mathews of Woodland.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Robert and Elizabeth Mathews.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Gust J. Maderia, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8:00 PM and on Thursday from 10-11:00 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Grampian Sportsmans Club
