Ryan McBride

Ryan Patrick McBride, 61, of Clearfield, passed away on January 11, 2025, surrounded by his family.

He was born July 1, 1963, the son of Patrick 'Red' and Dorothy 'Dottie' (Hull) McBride.

He worked for over 30 years as a Certified Caterpillar Mechanic for Cleveland Brothers and then later retired from Lezzer Lumber.

Ryan enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. He loved spending time at camp, especially with his family and friends. He was a very proud father and grandfather. Ryan was a mountain man. He loved cruising the back roads and enjoying the peace of the mountain.

He is survived by his wife Diane (Milliron) McBride whom he wed; three children, Shawn McBride and wife Casey of Clearfield, Dr. Shaleigh Faieta and husband Brandon of GA, and Shaina McBride and companion Tyler of GA; his grandson, Ryan Patrick McBride, who is named after him; his grandaughter Brenna Rose McBride; a brother Edward McBride and wife Tammy of Clearfield; a sister Tamara McQuillen of Clearfield; and numerous nieces and nephews whom he adored.

In addition to his parents, Ryan was preceded in a death by an infant sister, Robin McBride; and a brother, Alan T. McBride.

A visitation will be held for close friends and family at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 11 AM - 1 PM with a service to follow at 1 PM.
