Sharon J. Davis, 56, of Olanta died on Monday, February 5, 2007 at Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on September 19, 1950 in Clearfield, a daughter Jean M. (Rea) Nelson of Curwensville and the late Glenn L. Nelson.
Mrs. Davis was formerly employed at Clearfield Bank and Trust Company.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Charles Ed Davis, whom she wed June 19, 1971 in Clearfield; two children, Gregory E. Davis of Olanta and Heather J. Lander and husband Jude of DuBois; 3 grandchildren, Lake Lander, Lexus Lander, and Lynx Lander; two brothers and a sister, Jeffrey D. Nelson and wife Jan, Timothy H. Nelson and wife Penney and Glenna J. Hipps and husband Frank all of Olanta; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was beloved by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Brenda Libreatori officiating. Interment will follow in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM and on Saturday from 10-11:00 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, PO Box 92, Clearfield PA 16830 or Alzheimer's Association, 100 West Station Square Drive, Suite 500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 or the American Cancer Society, 119 East Market Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
