Sherri L. Farmery, 52, of Clearfield died suddenly on Friday, September 27, 2024 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
She was born on April 25, 1972 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Firmin Sr. and Judith (Muir) Kitchen.
Sherri was a 1990 graduate of Clearfield Area High School and started working at County Market, having been employed at both the Clearfield and Philipsburg locations until their closing. She had then worked as the board secretary for the Clearfield County Fair. In her free time, Sherri enjoyed fishing with Scott and spending time cuddling with her cat, Aspen. She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her longtime partner, Scott Dixon of Munson; two daughters, Becca Farmery of Clearfield, and Danielle Farmery of Denver, CO; two grandsons, Darius Rougeux and Jax Collar; two brothers, Firmin Kitchen Jr. and wife Elizabeth of Clearfield, and Brian Kitchen of Clearfield; two nieces, Lauryn Kitchen and Stella Kitchen; and a nephew, Firmin Kitchen III.
Friends will be received at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds Agricultural Building on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 5-7 PM with celebration of life service beginning at 7 PM.
