Shirley M. Bock, 79, of Woodland died on Friday, November 15, 2019 at her residence.
She was born on October 16, 1940 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Willard and Luella (Dixon) Maines.
She worked as a house cleaner for Dr. Lorraine Erhard, then later on as a self-employed house cleaner. She was also employed by McGregor Sewing Factory, and worked at Kent's Sportswear for 40 years.
She is survived by her children, Donald G. Bock of Woodland, Sherry A. LeFevre of Clearfield, and David L. Bock of Woodland; three grandchildren, Charity D. Bock, Travis W. Bock, and Amanda M. Strandburg; two great-grandchildren, Beau Michael Taylor, and Lacey M. Bock; and seven siblings, Sara E. Zeigler of Clearfield, Mary L. Harman of Prospect, Ethel J. Lipson of Attleboro, MA, Lewis C. 'Squeak' Maines of Georgia, Wanita Nixon of Bigler, Linda M. Kirk of Arizona, and Debra J. Wilt of Hyde.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Anna Mae Zeigler, Willard E. 'Butch' Maines, Barbara J. Kopp, and Robert A. 'Buzz' Maines.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield is in charge of arrangements.
