Susan E. Owens, 76, of Grampian passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at her home.
She was born on February 16, 1945 in DuBois, a daughter of the late Glenn A. and Lillian (Dunworth) Klinger.
Susan served as a member of the Bloom Township Election Board for a number of years. She enjoyed all forms of crafts including sewing, knitting, crocheting, and needlepoint.
She was affiliated with Bible Fellowship Church and also with the Gospel Center.
She is survived by her husband, Harry J. Owens whom she wed July 6, 1989; two children, Ret. Master Sergeant Wyatt Bloom and wife Julie of MD, and Wynette Bloom of DuBois; three step children, Marie Martell and husband John of Frenchville, Laurie Rougeux and husband Phil of Frenchville, and Victoria Conway of Frenchville; five grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Joshua Wade; a granddaughter, Heather Edwards; and a brother, Glenn 'Mike' Klinger.
Honoring Mrs. Owen's wishes, there will be no services held at this time. Burial will be in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Grampian.
