Tabitha T. Taylor, 32, of Hyde died on Friday, February 23, 2024 as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
She was born on July 11, 1991 in Erie, a daughter of John Taylor of Olanta and Tina (Zimmerman) Taylor of Hyde.
Tabitha was a woman of remarkable humor and warmth. Her passion for cooking turned meals into cherished family moments, and her love for her children filled her life with joy. As did her love for spending time with friends, listening to music, and mushroom hunting in the woods with her friend Elizabeth Selfridge. Her laughter was infectious, and her spirit was as vibrant as her personality.
She leaves behind a void that cannot be filled, and her absence will be keenly felt by all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing, and may we find solace in the love she shared so generously during her time with us.
Tabitha had been employed at the Walmart Distribution Center, Railroad Street Tavern and as a waitress at Ponderosa in DuBois.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Avry Matthew Taylor-Scoggins, Zoey Mea Taylor-Scoggins and Natalie Taylor-Muma; her grandmother, Beverly Taylor; her sister, Brandi Taylor; two aunts, Bonnie Zimmerman and Brenda Diehl; an uncle Dannell Zimmerman; and Matthew Scoggins and Jordan Muma.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Zeke and Betty Zimmerman; and grandfather, Jack Taylor; and uncles, Harold Zimmerman Jr. and John Zimmerman.
Friends will be received at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Friday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM.
