Thomas E. 'TJ' Tozer Jr., 47, of Olanta died on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Penn Highlands DuBois, DuBois.
He was born on August 21, 1974 in Clearfield, a son of Virginia (Anthony) Tozer of Olanta and the late Thomas F. Tozer.
Tom graduated from Clearfield High School, class of 1993. He had been employed by PennDOT for 17 years. He was a member of the Curwensville Rescue Hose and Ladder Company, Curwensville VFW, Curwensville Moose Lodge and the Central District Fireman's Association. In his spare time, he enjoyed showing his 2014 Shelby Mustang and had won several trophies. He also enjoyed his dog, Luna.
He was Protestant by faith.
In addition to his mother Virginia Tozer, he is survived by two sisters, Cindy L. Stiles of NC, and Cheryl A. Mitchell and husband James of Olanta; and two nieces, Dayna L. Kruis and her children McKayla, Hailee and Hunter; and Kasi N. Tozer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas F. Tozer.
In honor of Tom's wishes, there will be no services observed.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 108R North Second St., Suite 1B, Clearfield, PA 16830; or to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 275 21st Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
