Timothy F. Geppert, 68, of Middletown, MD died on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV.

He was born on November 24, 1938 in Clearfield, a son of the late William J. and Mary Patricia (Schrot) Geppert.

Mr. Geppert was a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. He previously was employed as a Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Officer and also worked as part of the Executive Protective Service at the White House.
He was a 1957 graduate of St. Francis High School, Clearfield and a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C.
In addition, he was a lifetime member of Clearfield Fire Co. #1.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (Carlson) Geppert, whom he wed May 9, 1959 in Clearfield; three children, Kimberly Waterworth and husband Robert of Clarksville, MD, Marcia Geppert-Bunk and husband Thomas of Frederick, MD, and Gary D. Geppert and wife Julia of Jefferson, MD; six grandchildren, Natalie Waterworth, Jacob Waterworth, Jessie MacKay Bunk, Eric Bunk, Nicholas Geppert and Marykate Geppert; seven brothers and two sisters, Dr. William J. Geppert, Jr. of Rehoboth Beach, DE, John G. Geppert of Mendham, NJ, Dennis E. Geppert of DuBois, Joseph L. Geppert of Clearfield, Mary K. Russell of Sheffield Lake, OH, Michael D. Geppert of Harrisburg, Gregory L. Geppert, Charles L. Geppert and Ann Marie Lansberry, all of Clearwater, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Alan Geppert, a brother Theodore N. Geppert and his step-mother, Avanelle.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at 1:30 P.M. with Rev. Rodger J. Gorton officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from Noon - 1:30 PM

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Frederick County Public Library, Middletown Branch, in care of C. Burr Artz Main Library, 110 E. Patrick St., Frederick, MD 21701.
