Truman E. Hartley, 65 of Clearfield died on Thursday, November 27, 2008 at Baylor Regional Medical Center, Grapevine, TX.
He was born on August 30, 1943 in Williamsport, a son of Dorothea (Coleman) Hartley of Williamsport and the late Truman H. Hartley.
Mr. Hartley was the owner and operator of Truman's Auto Sales, Hyde. Previously, he owned Truhart Security Service, Clearfield until 1998.
He also was employed in the police department of the former Conrail, Clearfield until 1992.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Spotts) Hartley, whom he wed July 14, 1962 in Lewisburg, PA,

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Matthew C. Holbert and Rev. Rodger J. Gorton officiating. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10-11 a.m.
