of Star Route, Buck Run Road, Frenchville died on Tuesday, April 30, 2002 at Philipsburg Area Hospital.
She was born on April 23, 1918 in Clarence, PA, a daughter of the late Howard and Maude (Stout) McCloskey.
Mrs. Billotte was a homemaker and was a member of the Community Alliance Church in Karthaus.
She is survived by two sons,

nine grandchildren,
Pam Rogus and husband Jim Franklin
Carla Sankey and husband Mark Mechanicsville, VA
Karen Moore and husband Gary Port Matilda

Ronny McCloskey and wife Susan Surveyor

Joyce Brossard and husband Pierre Frenchville

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo N. Billotte, on July 19, 1993 and whom she married December 13, 1941 in Milesburg, PA, seven brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at the Community Alliance Church, Karthaus on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Robert N. Grimes officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Karthaus.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday from
2-4 & 7-9 PM and on Saturday at the church from 10-11:00 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Community Alliance Church, HC Box 18, Karthaus, PA 16845.
