Willard H. Billotte, 90
formerly of Rockton and most recently of Mariloyd Personal Care Home, Clearfield died on Monday, March 24, 2003 at the home.
He was born on October 18, 1912 in Frenchville, PA, a son of the late Desera F. and Lillian (Roussey) Billotte.
Mr. Billotte was self-employed, having owned and operated Billotte's Plumbing and Heating until his retirement.
He was a former member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Reynoldsville and the Rockton Fire Company. He was a former member of the Clearfield Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elk Lodge #540, the Clearfield American Legion John Lewis Shade Post #6, the F. Michael Sicks Veteran of Foreign Wars Post #1785 of Clearfield and the Knights of Columbus Clearfield Council #409.
A veteran of the US Navy, he served during World War II.
He is survived by a son and a daughter,

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen (McClelland) Billotte, on November 2, 1987 and whom he married April 17, 1941 in Clearfield, an infant son, three brothers Boyd, Gerald and Florence .
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Wednesday at
10:00 A.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.
Military honors will be accorded at the cemetery by the members of the Clearfield American Legion and VFW Post
There will be no public visitation.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to charity of one's choice
