Obituary for Robert J. "Tink" Neff

Robert J. "Tink"  Neff
Robert J. 'Tink' Neff, 76, of Clearfield died on Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.

He was born on December 29, 1939 in Clearfield, a son of the late Willis L. and Fannie (Amon) Neff.

Tink had been employed at the Shawville Coal Company as a Foreman, Hamilton Excavating and the Dick Corporation, Pittsburgh.
He was a member of Jaffa Temple Shrine of Altoona and the Free and Accepted Masons of Altoona Lodge 281.
A veteran of the US Army, Mr. Neff served during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by three daughters, Robin Stiner and husband Kevin of West Sunbury, Rhonda Ogden and husband Michael of Clearfield, and Wendy Young and husband Chris of Woodland; eight grandchildren, Nikki Stiner and fiance Mike Kaylor, Joseph Stiner and fiance Kayla Cole, Ashley Blackledge and husband Keith, Shellbie King, Michael Ogden Jr. and wife Lucy, Levi Picard and fiance Darien Casher, Zachary McGonigal and girlfriend Casey Mathew and Matthew Young and wife Alyssa; a great grandson, Anthony; a former wife Nancy Barrett of Clearfield; a brother, Jack Neff and wife Ann of Clearfield; and a sister, Joyce Harzinski of Curwensville; .

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Willis 'Cub' M. Neff.

In accordance to Mr. Neff's wishes, there were be no services.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.

The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of arrangements.
