How shocked I was of Carl's passing. He was a terrific person. I remember he was quite an artist when he was in high school . We were. both in property management, I was in Falls Church VA and knew at PMA meetings he was is property manager in the area. Never caught up with him until my son did his internship with Cafritz, I said ask Mr Sadoti if he knew where Clearfield is, after that Carl came for visits came to Clearfield for visits and we had the best time at my son, Bill Swarms wedding, of course Carl sat at our family table., great sense of humor, RIP dear friend.. We were out of town and missed your service . Sincerely Risalie & Bill Reid
