Condolence From: Sherman Rowles
Condolence: I was so sorry to read of Sam's passing.
It's been many years since I last talked with Sam, but whenever I thought of him, I had nothing but warm and pleasant thoughts of our childhood and teen years.

Condolence: Dear Jody and family...I am so sorry about Sam's passing. What a great guy - I know how much he'll be missed. In my mind, he's forever that young, vibrant guy that livened up all our Penn State games and parties. You have my deepest sympathy.

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of loss. I knew Sam for many years thru his involvement with the BSA, the Red Moshannon Canoe Race and canoeing with him on a few trips to Canada. I am sure you all have many fond memories of him and stories to tell around the campfire.

Condolence From: Bill Rubbe
Condolence: Jody, Pearce, Will, Maryah and families of Sam, It was very sad to hear of Sam passing. Sam and I would always spar back and forth about our football teams. Sam was a devoted PSU fan. I am guessing he and his old buddy Stan are teeing off on the first hole in heaven. I will miss you Sam. God Bless all of you at this sad time. Sincerely, Bill Rubbe family
