I had to send my sincere sympathy for the loss of your loved one. I never met Mike in person, but felt I knew him over the phone through my many conversations in my profession. He was a genuine kind person and he definitely had a great sense of humor. May you all find peace in knowing that he will live in your hearts and memory forever. Mike will be missed by all.
