It only seemed like yesterday that I visited in Spencerport. I am overwhelmed with sadness last Jack's passing. Jack was a great person with a heart for the down trodden. I first met him in 1967 when he was the director for inhalation therapy at Crouse Irving Hospital and I was a trainee. He took me under his wing when I was only a trainee. It was because of Jack (my friend) that I was able to become an upstanding member of the respiratory community. I recently tried to call you only to find your p0hone disconnected. We were going to go fishing but as time passes by we sometimes put things on the back burner. I'm so sorry we were not able to connect. We had great times together on and off the clock. To all of his family, please accept my deepest condolences. I will miss you my friend.
