Thank you Jack.
I remember Jack very well and I'm saddened by his passing. He was a great man and taught me some important things at the beginning of my career here in Syracuse in the 1970's. I admired him very much. Thank you, Jack, for taking the time to teach a young respiratory therapist and to encourage me. May you Rest In Peace forever Jack.
