Layer Cake

I have so many stories of time spent with mom. In recent memory, on two occasions, mom had made a layer chocolate cake with coffee icing. Both times, there were 3 of us here. Needless to say, we finished the cake in one weekend. I'm not sure if mom was proud of herself. Or disgusted.
